In 2006, PCCA provided comprehensive housing counseling services to 1,000 households in the Philadelphia region seeking to stabilize their housing situations. Services at no cost to the client are provided by professional counselors to homebuyers and tenants-with emphasis on households of very low-, low- and moderate-incomes, many of which are headed by women. PCCA also provides technical assistance to community organizations enhancing quality of life.
