HOUSING COUNSELING SERVICES

Tele-Video Remote Housing Counseling Services:
PCCA is now able to provide community nonprofits and CDC's housing counseling services through the medium of Tele-Video Remote Counseling. This service is designed to bring housing counseling services to the community level through the installation of remote equipment at a neighborhood agency.

Nonprofits and CDC's that need counseling services but don't have the staff capacity for the delivery of the service can now contract with PCCA to provide individual counseling to their constituency, remotely, between PCCA and the neighborhood agency offices.

The cost of the service requires equipment installation and a fee for services contract between PCCA and the neighborhood community agency. PCCA will work with the agency to obtain grants for the implementation of this service.

Established Neighborhood Offices are:
PHA Blumberg Center, 23rd and Jefferson Streets. 1516 Judson Way
Jones Memorial CDC, 1844 N 17th Street
Ludlow CDC, 1437 N 7th Street

Once implemented clients are able to receive counseling at the neighborhood office through a centralized appointment process.

• Access to professional certified and licensed staff with more then 5 years experience in all disciplines of housing counseling;
• Quality and standardized service delivery; and Automated monthly reports.
