The partnership roll of PCCA varies depending on the circumstances of the neighborhood and community which is currently being developed or rehabbed.
In the construction of new communities, PCCA'S most common role is to provide pre-purchase assessment, counseling and certification for mortgage application and final credit approval of homebuyers.
In neighborhoods where revitalization and new construction are changing the structure of the community, PCCA supports the existing homeowners. PCCA assists those homeowners who do not have the wherewith all to "freshen" up their properties and keep pace with the trends developing in the neighborhood.
